- 1 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk (you may substitute any non-dairy milk)
- ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tsp Liquid or Granulated Stevia
- 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (use a Paleo-friendly version if you are following the Paleo Diet)
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Cinnamon and Walnuts for garnish (optional)
