Healthy Salad Dressing Made Simple
Most people believe that salad is one of the healthiest options when it comes to our food choices. And most people would be right. . . some of the time. However, the ingredients we choose to add to our salads can be detrimental to our health and weight loss goals. The fried croutons, chemical-laden salad dressings, fake bacon bits, and other processed items that we use to add flavor to our salads can actually cause us to negate the best of intentions. But there is good news! This healthy salad dressing is easy to make and contains natural ingredients that will give your salad a flavorful punch. Just throw the ingredients in a bowl, whisk until combined, and you’ll have a tasty and healthy salad dressing that you can whip up at a moment’s notice.
