Most people love to enjoy a slice of hot and cheesy pizza. However, not everyone can enjoy a pizza pie without paying the consequences associated with food intolerances. Pizza combines wheat and dairy, two of the most inflammatory foods that exist, which is often a recipe for trouble.
Fortunately, there is a way in which those of us who avoid grain can enjoy pizza without any distress. This gluten free pizza crust is slightly crunchy, a little bit chewy, and a whole lot tasty.

I make this tasty gluten free pizza crust at least once a week as the recipe is super simple and full of flavor. And it’s perfect for busy weeknights!
Another bonus: this pizza crust recipe is nut free and Paleo-friendly too!
This recipe calls for a mixture of coconut flour and tapioca flour. Feel free to substitute arrowroot powder for the tapioca flour as they are interchangeable when used in this particular recipe.

This recipe creates a tasty thin and slightly crispy gluten free pizza crust. Simply bake the crust for a few additional minutes than the recipe states if you like yours extra crispy.
I topped mine with ground beef, turkey bacon, junk (a.k.a. preservative)-free pizza sauce, red onions, and cheese.
Many people cannot tolerate cheese or any other dairy. If this is the case, feel free to top your crust with extra vegetables, pesto, or any other creative topping. The possibilities are endless.
